Meet Maybz
I joined Inspire in November 2025 as a Tax Accountant, and since day one, it has been a rewarding and growth-focused experience.
In my role, I prepare tax returns, assist with compliance matters, support senior accountants with client work, and ensure deadlines are met accurately and efficiently. I enjoy working through complex details and making sure everything aligns correctly – there’s something very satisfying about knowing the numbers tell the right story.
My journey at Inspire has been one of continuous learning. Every task challenges me to improve my technical skills while also developing better communication and time management. Being surrounded by a supportive team makes that growth even more meaningful.
What do I find most fulfilling in my job?
I find it most fulfilling when I complete tasks accurately and on time, knowing that my work directly supports both the team and our clients. There’s a strong sense of accomplishment in delivering something that creates clarity and confidence for others.
How did I get interested in accounting?
My interest in accounting developed during my studies. I’ve always enjoyed structure, logic, and problem-solving, and accounting felt like the perfect combination of those strengths. The more I learned, the more I appreciated how important accounting is in helping businesses grow and make informed decisions.
What’s my favourite thing about working at Inspire?
My favourite thing about working at Inspire is the collaborative culture. Everyone is approachable, supportive, and genuinely willing to help one another succeed. It’s an environment where you’re encouraged to grow, ask questions, and continuously improve.
What is one of the biggest impacts you’ve made so far?
One of the biggest impacts I’ve made so far has been ensuring compliance tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, helping reduce turnaround times and supporting the team during busy periods. Even small improvements in organisation and accuracy can make a big difference to overall workflow.
Outside of Inspire
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with friends and family, valuing meaningful conversations and shared experiences. I also enjoy quiet time to recharge – whether that’s watching shows, learning something new, or simply relaxing and maintaining balance.
Fun Fact About Me
A fun fact about me is that I’m a double degree holder – and despite the extra years of study, I genuinely loved being a student. I never got tired of learning.

Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being
I chose this goal because good health is the foundation of everything. Without physically and mentally healthy individuals, it’s difficult to build sustainable businesses or communities. When people feel well, they can perform at their best and contribute meaningfully to society.
For me, everything starts with well-being – once that foundation is strong, growth naturally follows.
