Meet Jeia!
Hi, I’m Jeia! I joined Inspire in November 2025 as an Accountant. My journey here has been exciting so far, and I enjoy being part of a collaborative environment where teamwork truly comes first. I really enjoy knowing that my work contributes to both client satisfaction and team success. Being part of a team that is efficient and collaborative motivates me to keep learning and improving.
In my role, I help manage day-to-day accounting tasks, assist with client accounts, and support the team to ensure everything runs smoothly and accurately.
How did you get interested in accounting?
I’ve always enjoyed working with numbers and understanding how financial systems operate. Accounting gives me the opportunity to help businesses thrive while developing my skills along the way.
What’s your favourite thing about working at Inspire?
The people, without a doubt. Everyone here is professional, supportive, and easy to work with. I appreciate the collaborative environment and the way the team values teamwork over drama – it makes the workplace positive and motivating.
What is one of the biggest impacts you’ve made so far?
I think my biggest impact so far has been contributing to smooth, accurate processes for our team and clients. Even small improvements in workflow or helping clarify tasks for others can make a big difference to the team’s efficiency.
What do you spend most of your time outside of work?
I love spending time with my friends and family. When I have the chance, I enjoy exploring new places and learning about different cultures, which really energizes me.
Fun fact about me
I’m always open to learning new things and enjoy languages – I speak multiple dialects beyond English and Filipino!
Which Sustainable Development Goal(s) do you choose and why?
I chose SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities.
I believe that if communities are sustainable, everything else follows. People have access to food, work, and healthcare, which leads to stronger, healthier communities overall. For me, building sustainable communities is key to creating a better life for everyone.
