Meet Mary
I joined Inspire in August 2025 as a Client Service Coordinator, and it’s been such a rewarding experience so far. In my role, I handle client onboarding and offboarding, business and tax registrations, ATO BAS/PAYG/Tax and SMSF lodgements, ASIC compliance, and more. I also help manage communication between clients and the team – making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
It’s been incredible to see how much I’ve learned about the role and how vital it is in maintaining strong client relationships. Every day brings new opportunities to grow, and it’s fulfilling to know that my work helps both clients and our team achieve their goals together.
What do you find most fulfilling about your job?
What I find most fulfilling is knowing that I’m helping clients and supporting my team. Whether it’s resolving an issue, improving a process, or ensuring clients feel supported, I get a real sense of purpose from contributing to a smoother and more positive experience for everyone.
How did you get interested in the Client Service Coordinator role?
I’ve always enjoyed supporting clients and staying organised, and the Client Service Coordinator role felt like a perfect fit. It allows me to combine problem-solving with relationship-building – two things I genuinely love doing.
What is your favourite thing about working at Inspire?
My favourite thing about working at Inspire is the strong family-first culture. It’s refreshing to be part of a workplace where people truly care – not just about the work, but about each other’s well-being. The team is friendly, approachable, and supportive, which makes it easy to stay motivated and confident in what I do.
That kind of culture makes a huge difference, and it turns everyday work into something meaningful and enjoyable.
Outside of Inspire
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, taking care of my dogs, and finding balance through running or motorcycle rides. There’s something really peaceful about the open road and fresh air – it helps me reset and recharge.
Fun Fact
I’m a huge coffee lover – I can easily drink up to seven cups a day! I’m also really passionate about motorcycles, especially big bikes. There’s just nothing like the thrill of a good ride and the freedom it brings.
Books, Podcasts, or Shows I Recommend
Some of my favourite reads are Atomic Habits, Gentle Reminders, and of course, The Bible — all of which offer inspiration and practical lessons for everyday life.
Which Sustainable Development Goal(s) do you choose and why?
Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being
Health is one of the most important aspects of a good life. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live well – not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. Promoting good health and well-being helps create stronger families, communities, and workplaces where people can truly thrive.
