Meet Courtney
I started working for Inspire in June 2022. As the Team Assistant at Inspire, I carry out daily errands and provide assistance to the accountants with a range of tasks. One of my primary responsibilities is to ensure that clients feel content and maintain a positive atmosphere at the workplace.
Everyone at Inspire exudes positivity and is welcoming, which makes the atmosphere great. Each person fits in well in their own unique way. Personally, I love going to work at Inspire, and they’ve made it easy for me to adjust to the job. It’s been a fun journey, and I appreciate how welcoming they are. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Going to work feels like hanging out with friends, and I always look forward to it. Since switching careers from hospitality management to the corporate world, it has been challenging, but Inspire has made the transition smoother. One of my favourite things to do is to help everyone and keep the vibes high in the office.

Outside of Inspire
Spending time with friends and family is something that brings me joy, as does attending concerts and live music performances. Additionally, I have a great love for going to the beach and working out at the gym.

How did you get interested in your role as a team assistant?
By chance, I stumbled upon the role of a Team Assistant which turned out to be a stroke of luck for me. Prior to joining Inspire, I was looking for new job opportunities and happened to already be friends with Roze who is the Marketing and Partnerships Manager. She mentioned that her company was hiring, and I immediately seized the opportunity.
What is your favourite thing about working at inspire?
The highlight of being a part of Inspire’s team, in my opinion, is the sense of camaraderie and teamwork that we have here. I have never felt isolated or unsupported, as there is always someone willing to lend a hand or provide assistance when needed. Additionally, everyone is incredibly friendly and approachable.

What is one of the biggest impacts you’ve made?
Since I joined Inspire, I have noticed a significant change in the overall office atmosphere. I believe that I have made a considerable impact by bringing a fresh perspective and introducing new ideas. As a result, the workplace has become more organised and efficient than it was before my arrival.
What is your favourite song that you would like to share?
Harry Styles – Satellite

Which Sustainable Development Goal(s) do you choose and why?
It is unfortunate that many women around the world are unfairly discriminated against simply because of their gender. This bias often extends to the workplace, where women are frequently not recognized as being equally capable or competent as their male counterparts.
It is essential that women receive the same level of respect and opportunities as men, and that any hierarchy or gender-based discrimination is eliminated.
